NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DRAFT NONSTATUTORY PLANNING GUIDANCE
Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as amended)
Notice is hereby given that East Ayrshire Council has published draft nonstatutory planning guidance; the Mauchline Conservation Area Appraisal.
The draft non-statutory planning guidance provides further information and detail in respect of Mauchline Conservation Area.
Copies of the draft non-statutory planning guidance have been deposited at:
(1) Development Planning and Regeneration, East Ayrshire Council, The Johnnie Walker Bond, 15 Strand Street, Kilmarnock KA1 1HU
(2) Cumnock Area Centre, East Ayrshire Council, Rothesay House, 1 Greenholm Road, Cumnock KA18 1LH

(4) Burns House Museum and Library, 4 Castle Street, Mauchline KA5 5BZ
The documents can also be accessed at all local libraries and via the Council's website at: www.east-ayrshire.gov.uk
The draft document is available for inspection at the Council offices mentioned above, between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am and 4pm on Fridays and at all local libraries, including the Burns House Museum and library, during normal library opening hours.
Representations on the draft guidance should be sent either by e-mail to localdevelopmentplans@east-ayrshire.gov.uk or in writing to: Development Planning and Regeneration Section, East Ayrshire Council, The Johnnie Walker Bond, 15 Strand Street, Kilmarnock, KA1 1HU.
Representations must be received by the Council on or before 4pm on Friday 12 April 2019.
