PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2019 (FOOTPATH NO. AV-533(C) (Part))
A441, HOPWOOD, BIRMINGHAM
The above Order was made on 19 February 2019. The effect of the Order will be to divert the public footpath known as footpath No AV-533(C)(Part).
Description of Existing Footpath AV-533(C) (Part) to be Diverted (as shown on Drawing No. P2112/17)
The section of Footpath AV-533(C), for its full width, commencing at Point A (OSGB 403232, 274396) east of Cramar Cottage on the A441, and running generally in a south-westerley direction for 147 metres, terminating at Point B (OSGB 403115, 274311), east of The Oaks.

Description of Proposed Diverted Route of Footpath AV-533(C) (Part) (as shown on Drawing No. P2112/17)
Proposed Footpath commencing at Point C (OSGB 403238, 274388) east of Cramar Cottage on the A441, and then running in a south-westerly direction for 52 metres to Point D
(OSGB 403194, 274361), and then running in
a south-southwesterly direction for 88 metres to Point E (OSGB 403136, 274295), and then running in a north-westerly direction for 26 metres
to Point B (OSGB 403115, 274311), east of The
Oaks, where it rejoins with Footpath AV-533(C). The diverted route is 167 metres in length and a width of 2 metres.
A copy of the Order and map may be seen or obtained free of charge at the Reception, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcestershire between the hours of 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.
Any representations or objections to the Order must be in writing stating the grounds upon which they are made addressed to the Principal Solicitor, Bromsgrove District Council, Parkside, Market
Street, Bromsgrove, B61 8DA and Redditch
Borough Council, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 8AH not later than the Wednesday 27th March 2019.
If no such representations or objections are made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Bromsgrove District Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
