OF OPEN SPACE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION

123(2A) LAND WITHIN THE PARISH OF WIMBORNE, DORSET

NOTICE is hereby given that East Dorset District Council intends to dispose of an area of land consisting or forming part of open space within the above parish known as Valognes Garden situated north of Priors Walk, Wimborne. Copies of the plan showing the land affected may be inspected at Allenview House, Hanham Road, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 1AG or the Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 1AZ during normal office hours. Any person wishing to object to the intended disposal should make the objection in writing to the Chief Executive at Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 1AZ by no later than 12 noon on 15 March 2019.
