Notice is hereby given that on 19th
February 2019 a petition was
presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court
on behalf of Georgios Tsamasfyris
craving the Court inter alia to
permit the Petitioner in the period
of 5 years from 18th January 2019
to (a) be a director of GR Catering
Ltd trading with the name “Plato”,
(b) in any way, whether directly or
indirectly, be concerned or take
part in the promotion, formation or
management of GR Catering Ltd; or
(c) in any way, whether directly or
indirectly, be concerned or take
part in the carrying on of the
business carried on by GR Catering
Ltd under the name “Plato”, in
which Petition the Sheriff of
Glasgow and Strathkelvin at
Glasgow by Interlocutor dated
20th February 2019 appointed
all persons having an interest to
lodge answers within eight days
after intimation, service or
advertisement; all of which notice is
hereby given.
