NORTH FARM. ELSTOB) (TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2016

The above-named Order made by the Council on 24/8/16, under section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and which became operational on 8/9/16 has been continued in force from 8/3/19 as approved by the Secretary of State for Transport, until 7/3/2020 or until completion of the works, whichever is the earlier. The effect of the Order is to temporarily close to all pedestrian traffic a 1050 mtr length of Footpath No 24 Mordon Parish between Norm Farm Elstob and Road C37 Mordon to Bishopton Rd owing to a dangerous structure and to enable remedial works to be undertaken on or adjacent to the said footpath. There is no alternative route available to pedestrian traffic.
