To sign as a correct record the Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on 8 May 2018 3. To receive the Annual Report of Cockermouth Town Council for 2018/19 4. To receive observations of the County Councillors for the Town (Mrs R Hanson & Mr A Kennon) and Borough Councillors for the Town (Mr L Davies, Mrs J Ellis, Mr A Smith, Mrs C Smith & Mr E Nicholson). 5. To receive a report from Cockermouth & Papcastle Recreational Trust. 6. To deal with any other business of which at least 48 hours notice has been given to the Chairman by emailing clerk@cockermouth.org prior to the commencement of the meeting. NOTE: By virtue of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, all members of the public are entitled to attend this meeting as observers, but only electors of Cockermouth are entitled to speak or vote.
