Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Betty Frances England of Flat 1, 100A Oakfield Road, Croydon, Surrey CR0 2UB retired caring assistant who died on the 7th June 2018 are required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to Gullands Solicitors of 16 Mill Street, Maidstone, Kent ME15 6XT (reference 212/608278/1) on or before 30th April 2019, after which date the personal representatives will distribute the assets of the deceased amongst persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
