ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED
THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS ADDINGTON ROAD, SOUTH CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the installation of new electrical duct to a building development, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Addington Road, South Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place: -

(i) Vehicles proceeding westbound in Addington Road will be prohibited from turning right onto Upper Selsdon Road;

(ii) Vehicles proceeding eastbound in Addington Road will be prohibited from turning right onto the Selsdon De Vere Estate;

(iii) Vehicles proceeding in Upper Selsdon Road will prohibited from turning right onto Addington Road;

(iv) Selsdon De Vere Estate traffic will be prohibited from turning right onto Addington Road;

(v) Parking suspensions will be introduced into Queenhill Road as and when necessary;

(vi) Any other traffic management measures required to facilitate the installation of the new electrical duct in progress will be introduced as and when necessary.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic will be via local streets as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 22 February 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within 13 days. However the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be necessary.

5. The restrictions specified in paragraph 2 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 GRANGE HILL, SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND SUSPENSION OF ONE-WAY WORKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to install ducting in the footway and carriageway, they have made an Order to the effect of which would be to temporarily close Grange Hill and temporarily suspend one-way working for traffic there.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

(a) Grange Hill will be closed between the common boundary of No. 5 Grange Hill and Grange Hill Lodge, No. 17 Grange Hill and the common boundary of Nos. 6 and 7 Teesdale Gardens, Grange Hill;

(b) One-way working for traffic in Grange Hill will be temporarily suspended.

3. Whilst the restrictions are in force the diversion route for traffic will be via Grange Road and A212 South Norwood Hill, or via Grange Road, Wharncliffe Road, Falkland Park Avenue, and A212 South Norwood Hill.

4. The Order will come into operation on 27 February 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within three working days between 8am and 6pm. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(C) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS CROSS ROAD, CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate Thames Water works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Cross Road, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Cross Road between its junctions with Leslie Grove and Edwin Place.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Cherry Orchard Road, Leslie Park Road, Windmill Bridge as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 11 March 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 5 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 KIRKLEES ROAD, THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a new gas service, they intend to make an Order to the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Kirklees Road, Thornton Heath.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking in Kirklees Road will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply "at any time" outside Nos. 2 to 12 and Nos. 1 to 11 Kirklees Road.

3. The Order will come into operation on 13 March 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
