NOTICE OF APPLICATION FORA PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald's Restaurants Limited nas applied to Durham County Council on 15th February 2019 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at McDonald's, Clifford Road, Stanley, DH9 0XG,for provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23.00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays. A record of this application may be inspected at the Councils offices atAnnand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH78RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30am and 4.30pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 15th March 2019 and sent to:- Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham DHI 9HZ alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk. Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority by the date given above.The Licensing Authority will have regard to any represen­tation in considering the applica­tion that complies with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003, the Regulations made thereunder and relates to at least one of the licensing objectives, being the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
