Application has been made by QM Hotel (UK) Limited to the Licensing Authority of City ofYork Council for a Premises Licence for the Moxy Hotel - York Stonebow at Black Horse Lane, York YOI 7NE. The application includes the following terms:- I.To enable the sale of alcohol between 10:00 and 03:00 each day to non-residents and to hotel residents 24 hours per day. 2.To enable the sale of alcohol for extended hours at Bank Holidays and on other limited days as specified in the application. 3. To enable Regulated Entertainment (as specified in the application) to be provided when the Premises are open for the sale of alcohol. 4To enable the provision of late night refreshment Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at City ofYork Council, Licensing Services, Eco Depot, Hazel Court, York, YOI0 3DS.
