APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
An application has been made to Cheshire West and Chester Council by Mrs Belinda Broad Bar Manager of Winsford Conservative Club, Ways Green, Winsford, Cheshire to provide the sale of alcohol to members and guests. A copy of this application is available for inspection at the offices of the Licensing Team Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BE. This application can be viewed Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm (except for Bank Holidays). Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application must do so in writing to the licensing team as above no later than 1st March 2019. IT IS AN OFFENCE knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003 and anyone convicted of such offence may be liable to a fine of any amount.
