Notice is hereby given that I, Mr Cetin Koroglu, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as BLUE EYE 25 ELVET BRIDGE DURHAM DH1 3AA for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: The Provision of Recorded Music - Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 23:59 and The Sale of Alcohol - Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 23:59. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
