Application has been made by Waitrose Ltd to the Licensing Authority of West Dorset District Council to vary the Premises Licence for Waitrose, Tudor Arcade, South Street, Dorchester, Dorset DTI IBN. The application is to extend the hours for sale of alcohol from 0700 each day. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 12 March 2019 (www.dorsetforyou.com) It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
