The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman has issued a report following its investigation of a complaint against Halton Borough Council. The complaint was about a Highways & Transport matter.

The Ombudsman made no fault finding on the part of the Council and found no injustice.

The Ombudsman made no recommendations.

The Council has considered the report.

Copies of the report will be available for public inspection during normal office hours at the Direct Link Shopping City WA7 2PF and the Direct Link at Widnes 7 Brook Street Widnes WA8 6NB for three weeks starting on 18th February 2019. Anyone is entitled to take copies of the report or extracts from it. Copies will be supplied free of charge.
