ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Ellesmere Road, Twickenham
(Ref: 19/026)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate telecom cabling works, they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a road closure in Ellesmere Road, Twickenham.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Ellesmere Road between its junction with Ravensbourne Road and a point outside No. 27 Ellesmere Road, Twickenham.

3. The Order will come into effect on 25 February 2019. The restrictions will be in force between 9.30am and 5.30pm on 25 February 2019 only. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Road, Arlington Road and Ravensbourne Road

5. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Parking Suspension and Road Closure Terrace Gardens, Barnes
(Ref: 19/024)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a parking suspension in Terrace Gardens, Barnes.

2. Whilst the works take place,

(a) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or exit Terrace Gardens at its junction with Barnes High Street;
(b) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the four parking bays sited outside Sussex Court.
3. The Order will come into effect on 15 February 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 15 February 2019 until 8 March 2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Parking Suspensions and Waiting Restrictions Court Way, Craneford Way and Heatham Road, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce parking suspensions and waiting restrictions in Court Way, Craneford Way and Heatham Road.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Court Way, Craneford Way and Heatham Road. The works and suspensions will be carried out on a rolling basis and the restrictions will only apply at such times and to such an extent as indicated by signs and cones.

3. The Order will come into effect on 18 February 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 18 February 2019 until 2 August 2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a parking suspension in Melrose Road, Barnes.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Melrose Road, Barnes on its north­western side, in the 4 parking spaces to the side of 23 St Anns Road.

3. The Order will come into effect on 15 February 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 15 February 2019 until 3 May 2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
