LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Lingfidd Limited t/a McDonald's has applied to London Borough Of Wandsworth on 6th February 2019 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at B4/84A Putney High Street, London, SWI5 IRB, for provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until OftOO Sundays to Thursdays and from 23:00 until 05HX Fridays and Saturdays. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 7th March 2019 stating the grounds for making said representation to the: Head Of Licensing, Wandsworth Council, Chief Executives Directorate, Environmental Services, Public Health, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street; London, SWTS 2PU or by e-mail: licensing@wandsworth.gov.uk The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The London Borough of Wandsworth, Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street London, SWI8 2PU bewreen the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm . Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.wandsworth.gov.uk Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any representation in considering the application that complies with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003, the Regulations made thereunder and relates to at least one of the licensing objectives, being the prevention of crime and disorder, publfc safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm
