I Jessica Barker, Do hereby give notice that I/we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Hambleton District Council for a minor variation to the Premises Licence Certificate at Thief Hall, Thief Hole Lane, Northallerton, DL7 9EH and known as Thief Hall. The application is to:- Extended licencing hours for the sale of alcohol, live music and recorded music. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Hambleton District Council, Licensing Section, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton DL6 2UU or by email to licensingteam@hambleton.gov.uk not later than 18/02/19 Representations received after this date cannot be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton DL6 2UU, by appointment, during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
