Extension of Age Range at Downlands Primary School
By Virtue of Schedule 3 of the School Organisation (Prescribed Alterations to Maintained Schools) (England) Regulations 2013, Dorset County Council is required to consult on changes to provision at Maintained Schools including alteration of upper or lower age range by 1 year or more (including the removal of nursery provision). Following extensive consultation with schools and community notice is hereby given for the following changes:
1. Downlands Primary School will extend their provision to include 2-4 Nursery &Pre-School Provision.

2. Downlands Primary School will then formally extended their age range from 4-11 to 2-11 provision from the 1 April 2019.
