Hereby give notice that we have applied to Eastlelgh Borough Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:

The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:
The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on/off the premises.
Hour's requested are:
Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 23:00
Late Night Refreshment fron 23:00 to 23:30
A Seasonal Variation-
For the sale of alcohol on New Year's Eve until 01:00 hours
The provision of Use and/or Recorded music on New Year's Eve until 01:00 hours
Late Night Refreshment on New Year's Eve until 01:30
The relevant licensing authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at Eastleigh House, Upper Market Street, Eastleigh, SO50 9YN or the Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton, S014 7LY Monday to Friday between 9am - 12pm and from 2-4pm or online at licensing.eastleigh.gov.uk Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton & Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767, Southampton, S018 9LA so as to be received by them between the 9th Februsry 2019 and 8th March 2019 Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
