Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to London Borough ol Greenwich for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Unit 11 & 12 Greenwich Shopping Park Bugsby Way Charlton SE7 7ST for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. A copy of this application may be inspected by appointment at Licensing Team, London Borough of Greenwich, 4tfi Floor Woolwich Centre 35 Wellington Street London SE18 6HQ. A responsible authority or any other person may make representation to the licensing authority in respect of this application. Representations must be received no later than 07.03.2019. Representations can be made in writing, by email or fax using the contact details above. Representations can only be made on the grounds of one of the four licensing objectives, namely:
- Prevention of Crime and Disorder
- Prevention of Public Nuisance
- Public Safety
- Protection of Children from Harm.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection wftr a licensing application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence shall lot exceed level 5 on the standard scale.
