Do hereby give notice that on 11 June 2015 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council and the relevant authorities for a Variation to the Premises Licence at the:
'Coast Cafe' Beach Parade, Worthing, BN11 2FG
The premise is currently authorised to provide alcohol & other licensable activities 12.00hrs to 23.00hrs Monday -Sunday incl. The application is seeking:
1. A seasonal variation of licence between Easter and the end of 1st week of November each year to:
a) Extend the hours for the sale of alcohol to 12.00hrs to 01.00hrs, of the following morning, Friday & Saturday.
b) Extend the opening hours of the premise to 08.00hrs to 01.30hrs, of the following morning, Friday & Saturday
c) Allow the provision of recorded music 16.00hrs to 00.30hrs, of the following morning, Friday & Saturday
2. Amend a condition of licence that currently states:
Alcohol and all refreshments are to be served to customers seated at tables or similar, by waiter/waitress service and the consumption is to take place at those tables. There shall be no consumption of refreshments otherwise than at those tables. There shall be no "vertical drinking" of alcohol at any bar or servery or in any part of the premises.

Except at events that have been pre-notified to the Sussex Police's Licensing Team (with 14 days written notice) and their authorisation given alcohol and all refreshments are to be served to customers seated at tables or similar, by waiter/waitress service and the consumption is to take place at those tables. 3. Extend the licensable area to include the new development to the west of the cafe.
No further changes are proposed. Any person who desires to make representation regarding this application should set out, in writing, a brief statement detailing the grounds for their objection or support. Representations must reach the Licensing Unit by:
