Notice is hereby given that Yesoiday HaTorah School have applied on 12th February 2019 to Bury Council for a variation to Premises Licence PL1132 for Yesoiday HaTorah School, Sedgley Park Road, Prestwich, Manchester M25 to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: Music, Singing, Playing of recorded sound, Provision of Late Night Refreshment: between the following hours (including bank holidays): Monday 09:00 - 01:00 Tuesday 09:00 - 01:00 Wednesday 09:00 - 01:00 Thursday 09:00 - 01:00 Friday 09:00 - 16:00 Saturday 19:00 - 01:00 Sunday 10:00 - 01:00 Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
