LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION I23(2A) LAND WITHIN THE PARISH OF WIMBORNE. DORSET NOTICE is hereby given that East Dorset District Council intends to dispose of various areas of land consisting or forming part of open space known as Wimborne Riverside Park (together with other land and buildings situated thereon) to Wimborne Town Council.

Copies of the plans showing the land affected may be inspected at Allenview House, Hanham Road, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 1AG or the Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 1AZ during normal office hours. Any person wishing to object to the intended disposal should make the objection in writing to the Chief Executive at Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 1AZ by no later than 12 noon on 5 March 2019.
