Variation of a premises licence

Notice is given that Jonathan Davenport has applied to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of The Beachside Centre, Bowleaze Cove, Preston, Weymouth DT3 6PW to increase the licenced area for the sale of alcohol to include the redesigned patio area 8mtrs from the current licenced area, and to remove the embedded restrictions in Annex 2 of the current premises licence.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, Weymouth & Portland Borough Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
