LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
NOTICE is hereby given that Winton Burger Limited has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence for the premises to be known as Brenda's Burgers 480 Wimborne Road, Bournemouth BH9 2EY. The application is for the grant of a licence to permit supply of alcohol for consumption on and 09:00 until 23:00 hours daily, subject to conditions. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6LL no later than 7 March 2019, The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Bournemouth Borough Council at the above address (or www.bournemouth.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
