Licence Application

Notice is given that Keith Scott Rupp and Nicola Clare Woolford have applied to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of Custom House Cafe, 8 Custom House Quay, Weymouth DT4 8BG for the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 0800-2300hrs Monday to Sunday. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, Weymouth and Portland Borough Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
