ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 6
THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES (FREE PARKING PLACES) (PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES) (AMENDMENT No. **) ORDER 201* DISABLED PERSONS PARKING BAYS MEADWAY, TWICKENHAM
(Reference 19/021)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames propose to make the above Order under sections 6, and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The principal objective of the Disabled Persons' Parking Places Order

is to introduce a parking place for disabled persons where a high level of parking makes reasonable means of access difficult.
3. The Disabled Persons' Parking Places Order will introduce a parking bay for disabled persons' vehicles, operating "at any time' in Meadway, Twickenham.

4. Copies of the proposed Order, a plan showing the location and effect of the proposals and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order: -

(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 19/021 at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and

(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at http://www.richmond.gov. uk/public_notices

5. Persons wishing to object to or support the proposals or any part thereof should write to the Head of Engineering, Traffic and Parking Policy, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ within 21 days of the date of this Notice giving the grounds of their objection. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Parking Suspensions and Waiting Restrictions Court Way, Craneford Way and Heatham Road, Twickenham
(Ref: 19/022)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce parking suspensions and waiting restrictions in Court Way, Craneford Way and Heath am Road.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Court Way, Craneford Way and Heatham Road.

The works and suspensions will be carried out on a rolling basis and the restrictions will only apply at such times and to such an extent as indicated by signs and cones.
3. The Order will come into effect on 18 February 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 18 February 2019 until 2 August 2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Parking Suspension Melrose Road, Barnes
(Ref: 19/023)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a parking suspension in Melrose Road, Barnes.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Melrose Road, Barnes on its north-western side, in the 4 parking spaces to the side of 23 St Anns Road.

3. The Order will come into effect on 15 February 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 15 February 2019 until 3 May 2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a parking suspension in Melrose Road, Barnes.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Melrose Road, Barnes on its north-western side, in the 4 parking spaces to the side of 23St Anns Road.

3. The Order will come into effect on 15 February 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 15 February 2019 until 3 May 2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Quadrant Road, Richmond
(Ref: 19/019)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a crane operation, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Quadrant Road, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Quadrant Road from a point outside No. 14 Quadrant Road to a point outside No 19 Quadrant Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 13 February 2019. The restrictions will be in force between 19.00 and 23.00 on 13 February 2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Duke Street.

5. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

6. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
