NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A MAJOR VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE TO AMEND THE FOLLOWING - To submit a new layout plan following extensive refurbishment, which increases the licencable area, to change from a Thai restaurant to a modem community hub/deli/bar and cookery school. To add specified opening times to the existing licence in line with current licensable activities. Also, to remove ALL of Annex 3a conditions currently attached to the licence. Notice is hereby given that Mr Frank Symington & Ms Holy Tucker have applied to the Licensing Authority for the variation of an existing premises licence. Name of premises - Holly & Co. Address of premises: 147 St Margarets Road Twickenham TW1 1RG Any interested party in the vicinity of the premises may make representation to this application ii writing to the Licensing Authority, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre 44 York Street Twickenham TW1 3BZ, rcensing6richmond.gov.uk within 2B consecutive days of the date stated below.
