Take notice that application is being made by Dobies Cumbria Properties Ltd, for planning permission for construction of an apartment block containing six one bedroom flats with associated parking and infrastructure. Local planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted by, Allerdale Borough Council, Planning Department, Allerdale House, Workington, Cumbria, CA14 3YJ. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the council within 21 days of this notice.
