Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of DAVID GEORGE CHARMAN deceased, retired of 2 The Beeches, Slab Lane, West Wellow, Romsey, Hants, SO51 6RN and who died on 18 November 2014, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Executrix, Anthony Harris & Company, 17 Elm Avenue, New Milton, Hants, BH25 6HE and to send such particulars no later than two months and one day after the appearance of this Notice, after which date the Executrix will distribute the Estate amount to the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had Notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had Notice.
