19/0018/FUL/KG: Old Barn House, St Marys Terrace, High Street, Elstree, WD6 3HA. Change of use from office to residential to create 1 studio flat. Reason: Conservation Area & Green Belt.
19/0043/FUL/MSA: Reviva Waste Composting Site, Elstree Hill South, Elstree, WD6 3BL. Change of use of building and land from green waste recycling and composting operations to B8 uses, storage and distribution, including the siting of associated temporary welfare facilities and offices. Reason: Green Belt.
19/0010/CLE/KH: The Marians, Barnet Lane, Elstree, WD6 3RD. Construction of an artificial surfaced sports pitch with fenced perimeter and access path. Certificate of Lawful Development (Existing). Reason: Green Belt.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
