(AMENDMENT NO *) ORDER 201*, THE HARINGEY (FREE LOADING PLACES) (NO. 1) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 201* AND VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AMENDMENT ORDERS T11
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders, would be to:-
(a) remove an existing resident permit holders parking space outside No. 9 Hermiston Avenue N8 and replace it with single yellow line waiting restrictions operating at zone hours in order to facilitate the installation of vehicle a crossover outside of this property;
(b) remove an existing resident permit holders parking space in Marquis Road N22, located to the rear of Nos. 453 and 455 High Road N22 and replace it with single yellow line waiting restrictions operating
at zone hours in order to facilitate the installation of vehicle a crossover outside of this property;
(c) reduce the lengths of existing parking places and replace them with waiting restrictions operating at zone hours outside No. 21 and Priscilla Wakefield House, Harold Road N15;
(d) remove existing disabled parking bays outside of the following properties: Nos. 8 & 10 Allison Road N8, No. 65 Asplins Road N17 and No. 50 Willoughby Lane N17;
(e) convert an existing section of single yellow line waiting restrictions into a loading bay outside Nos. 300 to 304 Wightman Road N8. The loading bay would operate on Mondays to Saturdays, between the hours of 8a.m. and 6.30p.m. with a maximum stay time of 1 hour and with a no return time of 1 hour;
(f) introduce loading restrictions operating "at any time" in Tottenham Lane N8, both sides, at its junction with Elmfield Avenue;
(g) Introduce double yellow lines waiting restrictions operating "at any time" across the driveway outside No. 12 Franklin Street N15.
3. Copies of the proposed Orders and of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders and a plan showing the location and effects of the Orders may be inspected during normal office working hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at www.haringey.gov.uk/traffic_orders.
4. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to the Traffic Management Group, River Park House, 1 st floor, 225, High Road, Wood Green, N22 8HQ or to traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk within
21 days from the date of this Notice.
