London Borough of Lewisham TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 (as amended) TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 20 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following proposal has been received by the Council as local planning is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
Applicant: Tide Construction Ltd
Proposal: The demolition of the existing building and the construction of two buildings of 20 storeys and 35 storeys in height plus basement comprising: 952.6 sqm nonresidential floorspace, comprising (A1) Shops, (A2) Financial & Professional Services, (A3) Restaurants & Cafes, (B1) Business, (D1) Non-residential Institutions and (D2) Assembly & Leisure uses; 85 (C3) self-contained housing units with private and communal amenity space; 670 (Sui Generis) student housing beds with communal amenity space; associated ancillary space, including on-site energy centres, refuse stores and cycle parking; and landscaping and public realm works. This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
