Notice is hereby given that I, Valarmathy Kathirvel, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as NEWS & HOMEWARE 28 MAUDE TERRACE ST HELEN AUCKLAND BISHOP AUCKLAND DL14 9BB for a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Sale of alcohol from 07.00hrs to 22:00hrs Monday to Sunday inclusive. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
