An application has been made by Cemalettin Yilmaz & Hatice Akman for a Premises Licence for a refreshment van in respect of premises known as and situated at Cem's Kebab Van. London Road A30 Lay-by RG27 Hook. The application contains a statement of the following relevant licensable activities proposed to be carried on or from the premises: Late night refreshment, 7 days a week, Mon-Thu: 4pm-Midnight, Fri-Sat: 4am-2am. A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Hart District Council (the relevant licensing authority) at the Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet Hampshire GU51 4AE during normal office hours.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the Licensing Section at Hart District Council provided that these are written and received before 19th February 2019. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and that the maximum fine on summary conviction is currently £5000.
