THE HARINGEY (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO *) ORDER 201* AND VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AMENDMENT ORDERS

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders would be to: -
a) introduce new double yellow lines waiting restrictions operating at any time in the following roads: Park Road N8, the south-west side, outside No. 185 Park Road and the North Middlesex Cricket Club; St. James' Lane N10 the south-west side, outside No. 8 St. James' Lane and The Vicarage; Woodside Avenue N10; the north side, outside the eastern entrance to Marwood Square;
b) introduce new double yellow lines waiting restrictions and double kerb blips loading restrictions operating at any time in and Philip Lane N15, south side, outside No. 147 Philip Lane;
c) convert single yellow line waiting restrictions into double yellow line waiting restrictions operating at any time in Church Crescent N10, at its junction with Muswell Hill Road; Muswell Hill Road N10, the north-west side, between its junction with Grand Avenue and outside No. 105 Muswell Hill Road; Muswell Hill Road N10, the south-east side, between it junction with Church Crescent and outside No. 194 Muswell Hill Road; Philip Lane N15, south side, outside Nos. 147 and
151 Philip Lane; White Hart Lane N17 between its junctions with Fenton Road and Rivulet Road;
d) extend double yellow lines waiting restrictions operating at any time and introduce double yellow kerb-blip loading restrictions operating at any time in Lansdowne Road N17, the north side, outside Nos. 1 b to 3 Lansdowne Road;
e) reduce the lengths of existing parking places and replace them with waiting restrictions operating at zone hours outside No. 21 and Priscilla Wakefield House, Harold Road N8;
f) extend double yellow lines waiting restrictions operating at any time in Northumberland Grove N17, both sides, at the entrance to the car park;
g) remove existing parking places and replace them with waiting restrictions operating at any time outside No. 40 Womersley Road N8 and its garage;
h) reduce the lengths of existing parking places and replace them with waiting restrictions operating at any time outside Nos. 152 to 156 West Green Road N15;
i) introduce a business permit holders only parking place, operating at zone hours, opposite Nos. 15 and 17 Cumberland Road N22;
j) remove an existing length of single yellow line waiting restrictions and replace it with a permit holders only parking place operating at zone hours in Denmark Road N8, at its junction with Wightman Road;
k) reduce the length of an existing parking place located outside No. 38 Thorold Road N22 and replace it with waiting restrictions operating at zone hours;
I) convert existing single yellow line waiting restrictions into double yellow line waiting restrictions operating at any time in Crouch Hall Road N8, outside Nos. 39 and 41 Crouch Hall Road, Northumberland Grove N17, the east side, outside Kenneth Robbins House; Northumberland Grove N17, the east side, between its junction with Park Lane and the entrance to Cheviot; Langdon Park Road N6, the north-west side, outside Wembury Mews, outside Nos. 64 and 66 Willoughby Lane N17;
m) extend the lengths of existing double yellow line restrictions in Campsbourne Road N8, the west side, between its junction with Newland Road and Koblenz House; Princes Lane N10, both sides, from its junction with Princess Avenue for its whole length; Siddons Road N17, outside Clements House; Stainby Road, the south side, at its junction with Montague Road;
n) introduce loading restrictions operating "at any time" in the following roads: Clinton Road N15, both sides, between its junctions with West Green Road and Gresley Close; Gresley Close N15, the north side, at its junction with Clinton Road; Montague Road N15, both sides, at its junction with Elmfield Avenue;
o) introduce loading restrictions operating "at any time" at the junctions of Elmfield Avenue N8 and Tottenham Lane N8; Antill Road N15 and Montague Road N15; Montague Road N15 and Stainby Road N15
p) formalise existing waiting restrictions operating at any time in sections of Shepherd's Close N6
q) reduce the operational hours of a doctors parking place located outside No. 1 Dukes Avenue N10, from operating on Saturdays from 7.30 a.m. to 8 p.m. to 7.30 a.m. to noon;
r) convert the operational hours of existing loading restrictions in Park Road N8 between Nos. 150 and 170 Park Road from operating Mondays to Saturdays 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. to operating Mondays to Sundays 8 a.m. and 6.30 p.m.
s) relocate an existing disabled parking place from outside No. 20 Yeatman Road to outside No. 22 Yeatman Road.
3. Copies of the proposed Orders, and of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders, and plans showing the location and effect of the Orders may be inspected during normal office working hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at www.haringey.gov.uk/traffic_orders.
4. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to the Traffic Management Group, River Park House, 1 st floor, 225, High Road, Wood Green, N22 8HQ or to traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk within 21 days from the date of this Notice.
