Licensing Act 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

An application for a new premises licence has been made by Sugar Loaf Tea Rooms Ltd T/A Highdown Nursery, to South Staffordshire District Council in respect of premises to be known as Sugar Loaf Tea Rooms Ltd T/A Highdown Nursery, Sugarloaf Lane, Iverley, Kidderminster, Worcestershire DY10 3PB

The application is as follows;

1. To enable the retail sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, every day of the year, Monday to Sunday 0900-0100 hours.



2. Plays, Films, Indoor Sporting Events,



Live music, recorded music, or anything of a similar description, performance of dance every day of the year, Monday to Sunday

0900-0100 hours.

3. Late Night Refreshment every day of the year,



Monday to Sunday 2300 -0100 hours

4. Premises open to the public every day of the year, Monday to Sunday 0900-0130 hours.



Any representation by responsible authorities or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to The Licensing Officer, South Staffordshire District Council, Wolverhampton Road, Codsall, Staffordshire WV8 IPX by the

22nd February 2019.
