Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

Take notice that on January 24th 2019 we Stephenson Properties (York) Limited of 4 Franklins Yard, Fossgate, York YO1 9TN made an application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the following premises
Premises at 1/4/5 Franklins Yard, Fossgate, York YO1 9TN
The licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Section (Tel:01904 552512) at Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Representations to this application can be made in writing by any responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Services, Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS or by e-mail to licensing.unit@york.gov.uk. Representations must be received by no later than February 22nd 2019, being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made.
Proposed Licensable Activities Sale/supply of alcohol (24 hours; Monday to Sunday inclusive)
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
