On 15th January 2019 a Petition was presented to Selkirk Sheriff Court craving the Court that WATER ENGINE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC503631) and having its registered office and principal place of business at Caddonfoot Research Centre, Caddonfoot Road, Clovenfords, Galashiels, TD1 3LG be wound up by the Court; in which Petition, by interlocutor of 22nd January 2019, the Sheriff ordained WATER ENGINE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Selkirk within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement.
