Application has been made on the 28th of January 2019 for a Premise Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:
1. The supply of alcohol (on and off sales) each day between the hours of 09.00 and 18.00.
2. The premises is to be open to the public each day between the hours of 09.00 and 18.30.
A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 25th of February 2019). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
