NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a CLAIM AGAINST or an INTEREST In the ESTATE of Philip John Marshall, late of Lee Manor, Lee Lane, Romsey, Hampshire, S051 9LH, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his/her daim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors of the Executors on or before TWO MONTHS and ONE CLEAR DAY from the date of this publication after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets ol the said deceased amongst Hie persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they shall then have had notice.
