NOTICE IN THE MATTER OF MAVIS DOBINSON DECEASED

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 notice is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Mavis Dobinson late of Bowburn Care Home Durham Road Bowburn Durham who died on 14th January 2015 and Grant of Probate of whose Estate was granted on 8th April 2015 out of the Newcastle Upon Tyne District Probate Registry to Nigel Charles Cooper of Aykley Vale Chambers, Durham Road, Aykley Heads, Durham, DH1 5NE are required to send written particulars to the undersigned Solicitors on or before 1st September 2015 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice.
