Notice is hereby given that I HABIBUR RAHMAN MONAF have made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to apply for a new premises licence in respect of the premises known as: MUMBAI OF OTLEY, 42 Bondgate, Otley, LS21 1AD. I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Sale by retail of alcohol. I propose to the terms of a new premises licence as follows: For sale by retail of alcohol on Sunday to Thursday from hours 17.00 to 23.30 and Friday Saturday hours 17.00 to 00.00 with late night refreshments from hours 23.00 to 23.30 Sunday to Thursday and Friday Saturday 23.00 to 00.00. Responsible authorities or any other person may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until February 7, 2019 which should be sent to Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.
