I Tara Horrors do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at: 108 Victoria Road, Darlington, DL1 5JW and known as Tiki Shack. The application is to: permit the sale of alcohol in store and by delivery for consumption off the premises Monday to Thursday 16.00 – 01.00 Friday 16.00 – 02.00 Saturday 14.00 – 02.00 and Sunday 14.00 -01.00 and late night refreshments Monday – Thursday and Sunday 23.00 -01.00 Friday and Saturday 23.00 – 02.00. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington. DL1 5QT by 17th July 2015. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
