licensing@southoxon.gov.uk by 11th February 2019 stating the

grounds upon which the repre-sentation is made in relation to

the four licensing objectives of

the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence to knowingly or

recklessly make a false state-ment in connection with an application with a maximum

fine or conviction of £5000.
