Application has been made on the 21st January 2019 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the premises as follows:-
1) The supply of alcohol (off sales only) Monday to Saturday from 10:00 until 18:00 and on Sunday from 12:00 until 18:00.
2) The premises to be open to the public for the same hours as the supply of alcohol.
A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below.
Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 18th of February 2019). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5000.
