NOTICE is hereby given that on 11 January 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Mr. R Dunlop and Mr. B McCrindle craving the court inter alia that Loudoun Fast Fit Limited, Company Number SC476401, be wound up by the court and that an interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 14 January 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Kilmarnock Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, St Marnock Street, Kilmarnock, KA1 1ED within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; of which notice is hereby given.
