UNDERTHE GAMBLING ACT 2005 Notice is hereby given that Grosvenor Casinos limited of the following addressiTOR, Saint-Cloud Way, Maidenhead, SL6 BBN is applying under Section 187(b) of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Converted Casino Premises Licence issued under the Act. The application relates to the following premises: Grosvenor G Casino, Ormrod Street, Bolton, BL3 5D|. The application is pursuant to Section 187(b) of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary the converted casino premises licence to seek the approval for the increased area for gambling to include the ground floor customer smoking shelter, as detailed on the attached planThe application has been made to: Licensing Team, Bolton Council, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Victoria Square, Bolton, BLI IKU.
