HYSBYSIR drwy hyn bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili wrth weithredu ei holl bwerau o dan y Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 a'i holl bwerau galluogi eraill ac ar 61 ymgynghori gyda Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu wedi gwneud y Gorchymyn uchod a fydd a'r effaith o:

Cyfyngu parcio ar y stryd i ddalwyr bathodynnau glas yn unig, mewn man clir ac amlwg ar y briffordd yn ardal yr eiddo a nodwyd isod:

1. 97 Pen y cae, Caerffili, CF83 3BX



2. 6 Ffordd Apollo, Coed Duon, NP12 1WA



Mae hefyd yn fwriad i ddiddymu'r mannau parcio i bobl anabl yn y cyfeiriadau canlynol:

1. 43 Heol Pengam, Ystrad Mynach



2. 16 Golwg-y-bont, Coed Duon



Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 18 Ionawr 2019 neu bryd bynnag mae'r arwyddion a'r marciau ffordd cysylltiedig yn eu lle.

Os ydych yn dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn, neu unrhyw un neu ragor o'r darpariaethau a gynhwysir ynddo, ar y sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, ar y sail na chydymffurfir ag unrhyw un neu ragor o ofynion y Ddeddf honno a wnaed o dan y Ddeddf honno mewn perthynas a'r Gorchymyn, gallwch wneud hynny i'r Llys o fewn chwe wythnos i'r dyddiad isod.

Disabled Persons Parking Places Order 2019

NOTICE is hereby given that the Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 and all other enabling powers and after consulting with the Chief Officer of Police have made the above Order the effect of which will be:

To restrict on-street parking to blue badge holders only, in a clearly marked out bay on the highway in the vicinity of the properties indicated below:

1. 97 Pen Y Cae, Caerphilly, CF83 3BX



2. 6 Apollo Way, Blackwood, NP12 1WA



It is also proposed to revoke the disabled persons parking places at the following addresses:

1. 43 Pengam Road Ystrad Mynach



2. 16 Golwg Y Bont Blackwood



The Order shall come into operation on 18th January 2019 or such date the associated signs and road markings are in place.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the grounds that any requirement of that Act made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date hereof apply to the Court for this purpose.
