A Public Meeting, open to all residents of the Parish of St. Osyth, is to be held on February 28th 2019 at St Osyth Village Hall Clacton Road St Osyth CO16 8PT at 7.30 p.m. A vote will take place to ratify the decision taken by The Committee of Management at an Extraordinary Meeting held 10th December 2018 to vary Clause 1 of the Trust Deed dated 9th April 1970. Resolution: St. Osyth Parish Council to be allowed exclusive use of the area previously known as the Snooker Room in addition to their existing office space by entering into a lease agreement of not more than 7 years.
